The ability to email me or text me daily, if you need to connect (M-F).  These are "brief" questions or messages; nothing lengthy.

Daily support and accountability 5 days a week, to make the most of your time and efforts outside of our appointment time.

Solution-focused feedback on whatever obstacles you might be encountering in-between our appointments to keep you moving forward.

Response from me same day whenever possible; or 24 hours at the most M-F (shorter workday on Fridays)
